Officer Elections | Friends of God |
We'll be holding officer elections this Thursday, the 24th, in East Hall 100. If you have any interest in getting involved, please show up. You will basically have an officer position if you want it. Being an officer is not time consuming. The Officers don't do all that much, so we may try to consolidate them down a little bit into three positions. Here are the current positions:
- President - Esentially leads SSO, sends emails, updates the website
- Vice President – Fills in for the President
- Treasurer – Keep track of the funding
- Media Officer – Maintains the library
- Historian – Keep track of the current and past events
We'll also be watching Friends of God. It's an HBO documentary about Evangelical Christians in America. It's not an atheist movie, if anything it takes a positive stance on the movement.

Scripture Analysis Meeting tonight |
Just a reminder that we'll be having a Scripture Analysis meeting tonight, March 6th at 6:30 in the Oyate Room in the TC. We'll be covering Jeremiah.
Also, the next meeting will be next Thursday, March 13th in East Hall Room 105. The topic is shrouded in mystery, but I have been assured it will probably spark controversy. It should make for an interesting discussion. |

We will not be having an SSO meeting tomorrow because of the conflict with the 18 vs. 21 alcohol forum. We'll pick up next Thursday, March 6th at 6:30 in the Oyate Room in the TC when we will be covering Jeremiah. |
